Schaduw van de groene dageraad is a short film about a modern-day cult. The story follows Olea and Laurus, two individuals torn between their deep desire for belonging and family, and their growing doubts about the cult’s enigmatic leader.
The film received several accolades at the 48 Hour Film Project Utrecht (2024), including Best Actor (Jurriaan van Seters), Best Cinematography (Casper Brink), and a nomination for Best Directing (Hiba Darras and Jordi Welschen).
